Who we are
This site and the Creative Master Class (AI) for Graphics Designers (the "course") are provided by Olutola Ebenezer ("we", "us"), based in Nigeria. Email olutolastudios@gmail.com or message +234 814 508 8886 on WhatsApp.
By using this site or buying the course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the course.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission to buy and use the course.
What you are buying
A self-paced online course with the modules, community access and accountability features described on the sales page at the time you buy.
Lifetime access means access for as long as we offer the course. If we ever retire it, we will email you at least 30 days before access ends.
Opportunities to work with brands or with us directly are offered at our discretion to students who stand out. They are not guaranteed and are not part of what you pay for.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Nigerian naira and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your full card details.
A launch price applies for a limited period. A later price change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: ask within 30 days and show you did the work.
Your licence to the course
The course is for your personal use. You may not:
- share your login or access link with anyone else
- copy, record, resell or publish course videos, files or community content
- use course materials to create a competing course
Community conduct
Be respectful. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or shares other members' work or personal details without permission, without a refund where the removal is for misconduct.
Results
Income and timeline examples on this site describe what is possible, not what is typical or promised. Your results depend on your effort, consistency and circumstances.
Intellectual property
The course, this site and their content belong to us or our licensors. The designs you make while taking the course belong to you.
Liability
To the extent Nigerian law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought the course applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
