What personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
We only collect what we need to sell and deliver the course:
- Purchase details: your name, email address, phone number, the amount paid and the payment reference
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you load a page, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit
What we do not collect
We never receive your full card number, PIN, CVV or bank login; Paystack handles those. We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To give you course access, receipts and support: performance of our contract with you
- To keep payment and tax records: legal obligation
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure: legitimate interest
- To send course updates you ask for: consent, which you can withdraw at any time
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the course, under their own data protection terms:
- Paystack, to take payments
- Our website hosting provider, to serve this site
- Cloudinary, which delivers the images and videos on this site
- YouTube (Google), which plays the embedded video
- Our email delivery provider, to send receipts and course emails
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 permits, such as the provider's contractual data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Nigerian tax and accounting law requires (currently six years). Support messages are kept for up to two years after your last contact. Hosting logs are kept only as long as the provider needs them for security.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data
- correct data that is wrong
- delete your data, where we have no legal duty to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- move your data to another service
- withdraw consent you have given

Email olutolastudios@gmail.com or message +234 814 508 8886 on WhatsApp. We reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Security
This site is served only over HTTPS, and access to purchase records is limited to the people who need it to support you.
Children
The course is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and email buyers about significant changes.
